Key Responsibilities:

Review and abstract medical record data into appropriate systems
Perform quality medical record reviews and assist in the improvement of clinical documentation processes
Analyze chart data for integrity and provide education and feedback to team members

Required Qualifications:

Associate degree
Registered Nurse
3+ years of experience with data analysis and quality chart reviews
2+ years of HEDIS/STAR experience
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including databases and Excel spreadsheets
