Job Summary

Clinical Quality Specialist supports the annual HEDIS data collection and reporting process through chart review, documentation validation, and patient outreach in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform chart review and retrieval for HEDIS data collection
• Conduct outreach to patients and medical facilities for missing information
• Validate documentation against HEDIS requirements under close supervision

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in a medical clerical role
• Proficiency within EMR systems and record-keeping portals
• Experience with data entry and maintaining tracking spreadsheets
• Ability to retrieve and review external medical records
• Familiarity with HEDIS specifications and quality performance goals
