Clinical Quality Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and collaborative, the full-time Clinical Quality Specialist will manage clinical chart audits, support root cause analysis, and ensure compliance tracking in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high-volume audits of provider charts for protocol alignment and documentation accuracy
• Assist Quality RNs in conducting investigations to identify systemic gaps and process failures
• Monitor and maintain compliance for provider quality trainings during hiring cycles

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience in a direct clinical environment
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to learn EHR systems quickly
• Foundational understanding of clinical workflows and patient visit documentation
• Experience interacting directly with patients in a clinical capacity
