Clinical Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To support the growth of InStride Health's Clinical Quality and Patient Safety program, the fully remote Clinical Quality Specialist will manage the development of quality initiatives, oversee patient safety operations, and collaborate across teams to enhance care quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Clinical Quality to create processes and documentation for the Clinical Quality Management Program
• Coordinate patient safety operations, including tracking, trend analysis, and continuous improvement of the Patient Safety Event Reporting Program
• Support the oversight and enhancement of complaints and patient feedback processes to improve the patient and family experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Clinical Quality, Patient Safety, Healthcare Quality Management, or related fields
• Experience in supporting quality management, patient safety, and regulatory compliance activities
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
