Clinical Quality Specialist (RN)

Job Summary

To ensure quality and safety in the member journey, the full-time remote Clinical Quality Specialist (RN) will review member interactions, assess clinical risks, and support the oversight of integrated AI tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review charts and member interactions to assess quality, safety, and experience across the care journey
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to ensure clinical accuracy and escalate any safety concerns
• Assist with data collection and analysis for quality improvement initiatives and support audit preparations

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a state nursing board
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in primary care or outpatient settings
• Familiarity with clinical quality, patient safety, or care operations
• Comfortable working with technology and AI-enabled tools, including EHRs and reporting dashboards
