Clinical Rating Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Central Rating.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of clinical staff conducting patient assessments and collecting clinical data
• Oversee staff performance, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes for remote patient assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Experience with clinical trial protocols, GCP, and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with DCT operational models and telehealth technology strongly preferred
• Experience with clinical data management systems and electronic health records
