Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical RD - Comprehensive Care (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering telephonic care and resource utilization for participants in diabetes, cardiac, and impact conditions programs
Assessing and developing nutrition plans for participants, collaborating with healthcare team members
Coordinating with other RD colleagues to ensure continuity of care for participants

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1-year recent experience in a clinical setting
Current RD Registration
Ability to be self-directed, highly organized, and proactive
Bachelor's Degree
Basic knowledge of physiology and chronic disease appropriate for registration
