Clinical Record Review Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Record Review Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service and generate required program reports accurately and on time
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in the planning/execution of special projects
• Act as a liaison within the group and throughout the organization to meet client needs and coordinate service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with medical records review
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 1-3 years equivalent work experience
• Bilingual in English and Canadian French
• Prior experience reviewing medical records in both English and Canadian French
• Self-directed with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
