- Source candidates through various channels and conduct phone screens
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate job offers, and maintain applicant data
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related subject
- 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare and high-growth startup environment
- Knowledge of clinical licensure, labor laws, employment regulations, and industry trends
- Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates
- Familiarity with Greenhouse & various recruiting technologies and methods
