Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, pipelines, credentialing, and onboarding
• Independently resolve complex recruitment issues and implement collaborative solutions
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while managing recruitment across teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in mental health, healthcare, or related fields
• Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies and talent mapping
• Proven history of providing exceptional recruitment experiences
• Experience driving recruiting initiatives and managing recruitment challenges
• Highly self-driven and resourceful in resolving issues
