Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter 1099 to support recruiting for clinical roles during a period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements, licensure needs, hiring priorities, and timelines
• Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fit
• Provide market insights related to clinical talent availability, compensation trends, and licensing considerations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of clinical recruiting experience (minimum of 1 year in telemedicine)
• Experience with startups/new companies is preferred
• Proven experience recruiting licensed clinical professionals
• Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements
• Ability to independently manage multiple clinical searches
