Clinical Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter II who will identify, qualify, interview, and contract with Physician and APP candidates for client hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop leads through various channels and implement comprehensive recruiting plans
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and facilitate the hiring process while maintaining the integrity of the physician database
• Conduct feedback calls with new hires and maintain regular contact until their effective start date

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; 2 years of experience recruiting physicians and specialty nurses or 5 years of general recruiting experience
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience working independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
• Meet established production and quality goals/metrics
