A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to support its Integrated Clinical Staffing Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified clinical staff across various specialties
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels and creative strategies to build robust talent pipelines
• Collaborate with Account Managers to provide market insights and staffing updates while proactively addressing recruitment challenges

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical recruitment experience with the ability to work independently
• Proven track record in recruiting clinical staff across multiple disciplines
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of clinical licensure, certifications, and credentialing requirements
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
