Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for clinical and patient-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage requisition kick-off processes and collaborate with hiring managers to document the Interview Game Plan
  • Transform clinical job descriptions into targeted job advertisements and manage job postings across various platforms
  • Facilitate the clinical interview process, coordinate the offer process, and maintain accurate workflow adherence within the ATS
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of recruiting experience, or 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience managing the full clinical recruitment lifecycle within an ATS, ideally Workday
  • Knowledge of modern recruitment practices, including sourcing and assessing clinical talent
  • Familiarity with clinical recruitment tools and talent platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build partnerships with clinical leaders
