Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full Time Clinical and Corporate Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tailored strategic search plans for various clinical and corporate roles
• Partner with hiring managers to create role descriptions and identify key skill requirements
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain communication throughout the interview process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in clinical recruiting
• Experience with Lever or similar ATS
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Experience in a startup or high-growth company preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
