Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for clinical and medical positions, including sourcing, screening, and extending offers
• Assess and manage recruitment tools to enhance efficiency in the recruiting process
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize candidate throughput and maintain a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment and/or operations
• Operationally savvy with a strong focus on efficiency
• Comfortable with data analysis and making data-informed decisions
• Professionalism in communication with highly-trained medical staff
