A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, assisting managers in finding and retaining quality candidates
• Develop relationships with managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure effective service delivery
• Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates and enhance the employment brand

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of three years' full-life cycle recruitment experience with clinical positions
• Experience in recruiting complex clinical roles is highly desired
• Proven success in managing senior leadership expectations and delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting processes and prior experience in both agency and in-house recruiting preferred
