Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter (Contract) to join their Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and hiring managers, providing market insights and hiring recommendations
• Drive sourcing strategies for candidates through various channels and consult on job architecture
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain candidate data integrity within the recruitment system

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of clinical licenses and their scope of practice
• Experience managing a high volume of requisitions
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a growth-stage environment
• Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws
