Job Summary

To support hiring across the clinical organization, the full-time Clinical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Physician roles, collaborating with hiring managers and leveraging innovative sourcing techniques in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for clinical Physician roles
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and stay aligned on priorities
• Source and engage qualified candidates through various outreach methods and AI-enabled tools

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience, specifically in physician recruiting
• Telehealth or virtual care recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Proven sourcing skills with a proactive approach to building candidate pipelines
• Demonstrated interest in using AI-driven tools to enhance recruiting efficiency
• Ability to manage multiple open roles while staying organized and responsive
