Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Clinical Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, manage high-volume requisitions, and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for clinical and operations roles
  • Manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine qualifications and overall fit for roles
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter supporting clinical and operations roles
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments, preferably within healthcare or digital health
  • Startup experience at a Digital Health or Tech company, or comparable experience in a scaling, operations-heavy recruiting environment
  • Strong experience working with LinkedIn, Lever (or other ATS), and G-Suite products
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
