Job Summary
To support a growing organization dedicated to enhancing well-being, the temporary remote Recruiter will develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and leverage advanced ATS proficiency to secure top clinical talent.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet aggressive hiring targets for clinical roles
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including applicant review, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified clinical candidates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in high-volume clinical or healthcare recruitment
- Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including reporting and workflow management
- Exceptional organizational skills and negotiation expertise
- Prior experience within a healthcare environment
