Clinical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing network of clinicians, the contract Clinical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment for 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the hiring process using Greenhouse ATS
• Source proactively through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple clinical disciplines and regions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a preference for hiring clinicians or healthcare professionals
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar recruiting software
• Proven success managing high-volume requisitions in a metrics-driven environment
• Skilled in cold calling, networking, and creative sourcing strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates at all experience levels
