Job Summary
To support hiring for clinical roles during a period of growth, the independent contractor Clinical Recruiter will remotely manage candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline development for Nurse Practitioners and Physicians.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements and timelines
- Source candidates through various platforms and maintain talent pools for clinical staffing needs
- Screen candidates for clinical qualifications and share market insights on talent availability and compensation trends
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical/healthcare, specifically with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physicians
- 2+ years recruiting in a high-growth startup environment, ideally in digital health or telemedicine
- Strong understanding of clinical credentialing and multi-state licensure requirements
- Proven ability to source for niche licensed healthcare roles
- Experience with Lever or a comparable ATS
