Clinical Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning the full recruitment cycle, the full-time Clinical Recruiter will grow a network of provider partners by engaging with BCBAs and ABA practice owners, educating them on support services, and managing partnerships remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to signed partnership agreements
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand the goals and challenges of prospective providers
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance messaging and improve recruitment strategies

Required qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or a relationship-driven role
• Experience in a startup, healthcare, education, or SMB-focused environment is preferred
• Familiarity with the ABA industry and private practice ownership is a plus
