Required qualifications

• 6+ years of full cycle clinical recruiting experience
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust in a competitive market
• Experience in navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems collaboratively
• Strong consultative communication skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated success in building robust candidate pipelines and improving recruitment processes
