Clinical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the growth of a dedicated clinical team, the full-time Clinical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for therapists and psychologists, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own clinician recruitment from applications through to offer acceptance and activation
• Attract and identify exceptional clinical talent while providing a 5-star experience throughout the hiring journey
• Manage recruitment pipelines and innovate on new systems and tools to improve recruitment processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in clinical recruiting with a strong focus on relationship-building
• Proficiency in using ATS systems, particularly Ashby
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to enhance recruitment strategies
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing candidate communications
• Passion for mental health and understanding of the needs of therapists
