Clinical Recruiter

Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing the hiring experience for medical providers, the remote Clinical Recruiter will manage the full candidate lifecycle, from application review to offer calls, while collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and drive applicant engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for candidates, effectively communicating Nourish's value proposition and processes
• Own the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and assessing clinical fit
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine hiring strategies and improve the overall recruiting experience

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a preference for clinical recruiting or experience with licensed healthcare providers
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing a high-volume recruitment process
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for engaging with candidates
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and take ownership of responsibilities
• Experience in fast-paced start-ups, particularly in healthcare operations or related fields
