Clinical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support clinical recruitment efforts, the temporary full-time Clinical Recruiter will manage the full cycle of recruiting, develop a multi-state recruitment strategy, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own full cycle clinical recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
• Develop and execute a multi-state recruitment strategy to attract top talent
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify candidates and promote diversity in hiring

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical recruiting, specifically hiring licensed mental health therapists
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, including Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed
• Ability to build authentic relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
