Clinical Recruiter
Job Summary
To support the growth of Clover's clinical organization, the remote Clinical Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles, partner with leaders to define role requirements, and utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of clinical roles, including sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Leverage AI tools to create talent-market maps and develop innovative sourcing strategies for clinical talent
Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience in clinical or healthcare roles
- Minimum of 2 years of in-house recruiting experience in healthcare or health technology
- Proven ability to source and close candidates with specialized clinical skill sets
- Experience partnering with clinical executives and operational leaders to execute hiring plans
- Familiarity with AI and recruiting technology to improve hiring outcomes and manage candidate pipelines
