Clinical Recruiter
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Clinical Recruiter, this full-time position will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume clinical and operational roles, focusing on sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through to offer acceptance while maintaining a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open requisitions, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Source and engage candidates for various clinical roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to build strong talent pipelines
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to hiring managers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience filling clinical or healthcare-related roles
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong sourcing experience across multiple channels, including LinkedIn and job boards
- Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system
- Ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions (20+) simultaneously
