Job Summary

Experienced in clinical recruitment, the full-time Clinical Recruiter will lead the hiring strategy for clinical teams, focusing on roles such as Physicians and Nurse Practitioners, while working remotely to build pipelines and processes that support the organization's growth in new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for clinical roles, ensuring strong hires and effective onboarding
• Collaborate with recruiting leadership to map and engage talent in oncology and value-based care markets
• Enhance recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience using the ATS and other tools

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience hiring clinical roles in healthtech startups, preferably in value-based care
• Strong understanding of clinical roles, licensure requirements, and assessment of clinical judgment
• Proficiency in Greenhouse, Slack, and G-Suite
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
