Clinical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing clinical team, the part-time Clinical Recruiter will manage candidate-facing stages of the hiring process, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates worth advancing
• Conduct clinician interviews and evaluate candidates' fit against established rubrics
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system and ensure smooth handoffs with the Provider Growth team

Required Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of clinical roles and the ability to assess candidate fit
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems or similar recruitment software
• Ability to manage multiple interviews and candidate communications efficiently
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
