Clinical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Clinical Recruiter will manage high-volume recruitment for clinical and operations roles, collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring an efficient end-to-end recruitment process in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies for clinical and operations roles
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates while managing multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and onboarding coordination

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in clinical and operations roles
• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments, preferably within healthcare or digital health
• Startup experience at a Digital Health or Tech company, or in a scaling, operations-heavy recruiting environment
• Strong experience working with LinkedIn, Lever (or other ATS), and G-Suite products
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
