Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and guide provider candidates through the onboarding process
• Coordinate applicant interviews and negotiate and close deals
• Manage recruitment needs for assigned hospital facilities and maintain the database

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional recruiting or sales experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and negotiation skills
• Good computer skills (word-processing, spreadsheet, database management)
• Ability to work well with deadlines and in a team environment
