A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter - Anesthesia OnCall to identify and recruit qualified candidates for healthcare positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for clinical positions using various recruitment methods
• Negotiate contract terms with candidates and facilitate the contract amendment process
• Coordinate interviews and assist candidates through the onboarding process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in clinical recruiting, preferably in anesthesia
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices and terminology
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
