Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline while ensuring compliance with hiring regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in biotechnology or life sciences
• 2 years of experience recruiting for clinical teams
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
