Clinical Recruiter for Anesthesia

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter - Anesthesia OnCall, responsible for full-cycle recruitment of healthcare positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for anesthesia positions using various recruitment methods
• Negotiate contract terms with candidates and clients, facilitating the contract amendment process as needed
• Coordinate candidate interviews and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Previous experience in clinical recruiting, preferably in the anesthesia specialty
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
