Job Summary
To support the recruitment of anesthesia professionals, the full-time Clinical Recruiter for Anesthesia will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, utilizing various sourcing methods and collaborating with candidates and clients to negotiate contracts and facilitate onboarding, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for anesthesia positions using diverse recruitment methods
- Negotiate contract terms with candidates and clients, ensuring alignment with expectations
- Coordinate interviews and assist candidates through the onboarding process, maintaining compliance and accurate documentation
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in clinical recruiting, preferably in the anesthesia specialty
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, with experience in Bullhorn and social media sourcing preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
