Job Summary

To support a growing talent team, the full-time Clinical Recruiter for Licensed Professionals will manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare professionals, including LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, and PMHNP, while working remotely in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle clinical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for licensed mental health professionals
• Develop specialized sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles using healthcare-specific job boards and professional networks
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics specific to clinical roles, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience with licensed mental health professionals
• 1+ years of startup experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Deep understanding of clinical licenses and their scope of practice
• Proven track record of sourcing candidates through healthcare-specific channels
• Experience conducting behavioral interviews and assessing clinical competencies
