Clinical Recruiter for Physicians

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the remote Clinical Recruiter for Physicians will lead full-cycle recruitment for MD/DO and NP/PA roles, focusing on sourcing mission-driven clinicians and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for MD, DO, NP, and PA roles across all 50 states, sourcing candidates aligned with the organization's social medicine model
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' clinical humility and technical fluency with the care model
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience specifically recruiting Physicians (MD/DO) and Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA)
• Existing network of clinical providers, ideally in value-based care or community health settings
• Strong understanding of clinical roles, licensing, and the healthcare industry
• Proficiency with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
