Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter II to identify, qualify, interview, and contract with physician and APP candidates for client hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and develop recruiting plans for specific vacancies
  • Coordinate interviews and screen qualified physician applicants while maintaining the integrity of the physician database
  • Facilitate the hiring process, including negotiating with candidates and assisting in credential procurement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting physicians and specialty nurses or 5+ years of general recruiting experience
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience working independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
