Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiting Events Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute over 100 recruitment events annually to align with talent acquisition goals
- Manage logistics for national conferences, including contract negotiation and budgeting
- Supervise an Event Specialist and coordinate with the Talent Acquisition leadership team for performance reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in event management, preferably in healthcare or clinical recruitment
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting
