Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiting Events Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute over 100 recruitment events annually to align with talent acquisition goals
  • Manage logistics for national conferences, including contract negotiation and budgeting
  • Supervise an Event Specialist and coordinate with the Talent Acquisition leadership team for performance reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in event management, preferably in healthcare or clinical recruitment
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting
