Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruitment Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 Clinical Recruiters, ensuring performance management and achievement of hiring goals
  • Design and implement strategic sourcing and recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality
  • Analyze recruiter performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to optimize recruitment strategies and resolve gaps
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Health Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or physician recruitment
  • 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Experience with CRM/ATS systems and proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment technology
