Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Recruitment Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 Clinical Recruiters, managing performance and achieving hiring goals
- Design and execute strategic sourcing and selection processes to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate quality
- Analyze recruiter performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to optimize sourcing strategies and resolve gaps
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Health Administration, or related field
- 3-5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or physician recruitment
- 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in high volume, complex, or specialty recruitment environments
- Experience with CRM/ATS systems and proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment technology
