Clinical Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruitment Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 Clinical Recruiters, managing performance and achieving hiring goals
• Design and execute strategic sourcing and selection processes to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate quality
• Analyze recruiter performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to optimize sourcing strategies and resolve gaps

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Health Administration, or related field
• 3-5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or physician recruitment
• 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in high volume, complex, or specialty recruitment environments
• Experience with CRM/ATS systems and proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment technology
