Clinical Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruitment Manager to lead a team of Clinical Recruiters in strategic sourcing and recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 Clinical Recruiters, ensuring equitable workload distribution and achievement of hiring goals
• Design and execute strategic sourcing and selection processes to enhance recruitment efficiency
• Analyze recruiter performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to evaluate sourcing strategies and overall effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Health Administration, or related field
• 3 - 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or physician recruitment
• 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in high volume or specialty recruitment environments
• Experience with CRM/ATS systems and proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment technology
