Clinical Referral Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Referral Specialist I with Epic scheduling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care for referral orders within the Medical Group
• Schedule appointments and communicate pre and post appointment instructions to patients
• Provide provider referrals to patients based on ordered medical service and patient preferences

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a medical group with focused experience in coordination of patient care and scheduling of specialty services
• High school graduate
• Knowledge of clinical processes, medical terminology, and patient-focused software systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service
