Clinical Representative - Missouri

Job Summary

Providing remote clinical support, the full-time Clinical Representative - Missouri will manage medication refill requests, prior authorizations, and respond to patient messages while working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., including one weekend day every third weekend.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate the electronic health record to validate and document patient information while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls for scheduling, medication refills, and insurance inquiries, ensuring effective resolution of each call
• Utilize critical thinking to assess caller needs and escalate issues to clinical staff when necessary

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a clinical or customer service setting
• No supervisory experience required
