Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Research Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of the accounts receivable team for clinical trials management
• Identifies skill gaps and facilitates targeted training for team members
• Oversees billing and collections processes to ensure timely revenue capture

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of relevant experience
• 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Extensive background in the clinical research revenue cycle
• Strong understanding of clinical trial agreements
• Experience with a major clinical trial management system preferred
