Clinical Research Analyst

Job Summary

To support clinical and translational research, the full-time Clinical Research Analyst will extract, transform, analyze, and interpret data from various systems, collaborating with investigators and project managers to deliver high-quality datasets in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and manage data from institutional data warehouses while developing reusable queries and analytic workflows
• Collaborate with research teams to support grant-funded studies and contribute to data governance and quality assurance processes
• Lead software development projects, including designing, testing, and implementing IT solutions to meet organizational needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, or a related field
• Five years of software development experience, including mobile development and application programming interface integration
• Proficiency with SQL for querying large relational databases
• Experience with programming languages for data analysis, such as Python, R, or Julia
• Familiarity with clinical data standards and regulations, including HIPAA and human subjects research protections
