Clinical Research Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Clinical Research Team remotely, the full-time Clinical Research Associate will manage site communications, oversee monitoring activities for clinical trials, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while preparing study-related documents.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with study sites for global clinical trial implementation
• Conduct site management and monitoring activities, including training site personnel and managing site visits
• Prepare and update study-related documents, ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines and legal regulations

Required qualifications

• Degree in natural sciences or health sciences, or comparable relevant training
• Experience in the clinical research field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to motivate others
• Proficiency in English and German
• Very good MS Office skills
